Positive: Booking was very easy and communication was good and active. It was easy to find and close to town, it had spacious rooms and a newly renovated shower/laundry room. They answered all my queries prior to checking in and continued to, after we checked out.
Negative: It was a bit cold last night and we were struggling with controlling the air con which was the only issue we had as there was no fire place.

Positive: It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was no instant coffee and the Dolce Gusto Nespresso machine was unusable because the coffee pods were the wrong ones and incompatible with a Dolce Gusto machine. There was margarine in the fridge and a toaster but no bread for toast. The half-used muesli was stale and there was no fruit to go with the cereal. We had to supply our own. There were no drinking glasses although there was beer and cider in the fridge. The shower was clean but low pressure and the water pooled at the bottom of the shower showing that the pipe was partially blocked and needed cleaning out. There was no heating or cooling in the dining kitchen area or the 2nd bedroom . Only one aircon in one bedroom. There was insufficient dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes. Bath towels were good but no face cloths.
